my boyfriend had bought a four wheeler from craigslist, however my boyfriend then tried to sell the four wheeler and it turned out to be stolen, how would my boyfriend go about getting his money back if the person he bought the four wheeler from will not take his call?

Your boyfriend is probably out of luck. He can try suing the person, but collecting is another issue. He could try contacting his local prosecutor since he was sold stolen goods.
