Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I have been buying a house on contract for 3 years. The seller wanted me to get a traditional loan by the end of the year;however, im not able at this time. He has stated that he will not be renewing our contract any further. I have had $15000 in up grades and paid $22000 in payments. The orginal price of the home was $72000. Am I in titled to any money back? I live in Indiana.

You need to show the contract to an attorney in your community who can read and give you an answer. You may have sufficient equity to protect it. You can also probably sell the house and pay off the contract to protect your interest.
