Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My car was parked at a gas pump not running my wife was inside. A woman backed into it doing 2K in damages to my car. Once the police show up she says she is driving on a suspended license and has no insurance. I have video proof she gave false statements to the police.

What are my options of seeing her charged and getting her to pay.

She admitted fault to police and I have security video.

Why bother chasing someone who probably doesn't have any money. Put the claim in with your own insurance policy under underinsured motorist property damage coverage.
