Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I go into circle K for coffee this morning and while Im in there a circle K gas truck parks behind me blocking me into the parking spot. I politely asked the driver to move his truck but he refused. I went back in the store and got the manager. On our way out we see the driver has moved his truck but is standing
at my van. As I walk to my van he yells at me 'Is this enough room?!' and throws his arms in the air. He stands there by my van until I leave. I felt very threatened and harrassed and was so upset I cried all the way to work. Do I
have any grounds to press charges against the driver and/or circle K?
