I have a civil case with bench trial that I do not want to go to because of having to miss work. Can I get in trouble for not showing up on a civil case bench trial Marion County Indiana..? Thx

Yes. You'll be in big trouble. Besides losing automatically by default, the judge can issue a bench warrant for your arrest for failure to appear.
