Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

There has been a collection agency that has been sending bills to my sisters address. I have never lived there or used their address for any reason. Her last name is not the same as mine and she has indicated that I used her address to scam in some way. This has effected our relationship and I want to know if I have a good basis for a defamation of character lawsuit. In addition I would like an Indiana attorney who would work on a contigency basis.

It doesn't sound like you have grounds for defamation in what you have described so far. I would suggest that you contact the credit/collection agency to have them stop sending bills to her address and then make peace with your sister.
