Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My Daughter was in school today and a Police Officer came in to speak to her class about drugs and alcohol. The Officer told the children that it is illegal for any minor to get their parents their cigarettes off the kitchen counter and take them to their parents on the back patio. I was just wondering if that was illegal or not. Thank you Steve

If an item is illegal for a child to possess, it is illegal technically for them to possess it even at the request of a parent.
