Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

dear sir we are suffering from civil partition suit on our property file by other legal heir of seller and plain tiff make party to seller and us but we sold this free hold from L&DO;on behalf of registered will property through sale deed but seller could not mention the name of other legal heir in affidavit and other legal heir taken this banifit and file suit partiion suiit on property and court order for status quo up to next heareing but we file cheating complaint and 156(3) in court against the seller on behalf of concealment of other legal heir name in the affidavit and not knowlage pass to us during the sale this prooperty , my question that what kind of effect on property in my favor or not ?
