Can you be sued for defamtion or slander for making fun of someone on your myspace page?

False, derogatory remarks are the basis for slander. Since I am not sure how you define "making fun of someone", all I can say to answer your question is maybe.

You can be depending on the content. However, damages are hard to prove.
