My father registered a house in the name of my mother and he died. we are 4 family members 2 elder sisters and 1 younger brother. now to whom the property belongs.

This depends on whether your father had a will and whether anyone else's name was on the deed. So you need to take all of the paperwork to an estate and probate attorney to find out your standing. there aer rules in Indiana as to how property is distributed when there is no will.
