Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I filed a Answer to a Summons and a Request for Production of documents which requested plaintiff to produce all documentations validating the debt, I did not realize I could have requested a Motion for Dismissal in lieu of an Answer (Indiana), however, I would like to know to clarify my previous question if I file a Motion for Dismissal if the plaintiff fails to provide the requested documentation supporting the debt within the 20 day of service time frame.
