A friend recently dated someone who was a mechanic and offered to fix her car for free. After they broke up, he is now claiming that she owes him money for the parts and services. He has never provided her with a bill or an estimate and says he is going to file a title lien on her car and have it sold to auction to pay for his labor and the parts. Does he have a case
