Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I had a friend record the birth of my son. We are no longer friends. She never gave me the video and is ignoring my efforts to get it now. Is there any legal action i can take to get it from her. Please help me.

If you paid her to do it, you can sue her under contract. If you just asked her to do it as a favor, and she used her own video camera and tape/disc/computer memory, the recording is hers, not yours, and you have no legal right to it. If she distributes it to others, it might be an invasion of your right to privacy, but you would have to sit down with an attorney to discuss that further.
