Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My girlfriend and i split up over 3 months ago. Only my name is on the lease, she was not a co-applicant. Can i throw away her belongings if she has still not come to claim them?

You should send her a letter informing her of your intention first and giving her 30 days to pick up the items.

Why don't you just avoid any major issues by taking them to her with notice. I know that you should not have to do it, but doing so gives you closure quickly and with lessened fears of
repercussions.
