Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
Hello,
I am small business owner who has a pending lawsuit with set trial date in January 2013, it is against Domino Pizza franchise which is located next door in little strip mall. Long story short; Dominos remodeling without any required permits caused six floods etc, ongoing mold infestation, allergy. At one point I had an Attorney but he couldn't handle this as he said at beginning $4000 gone. Now I will be forced to close my business do to this mold problem(wrongly installed Walk in cooler keep the mold growing do to condensation. With a little money left looking for help!
