Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

hi..so yesterday myself and my mom were shopping at kia..and had one of their associates come over who wasn't even part of the conversation, came over said i was calling him a lier, said "fuck you" to me several times and then came up to me like he was going to hit me..he needed 2 other employees to hold him back so my mom and i could just leave the store...is there any anything i can do about this?

Yes. Complain to the general manager and don't shop there again.

You can go down to Crown Point and talk to a prosecutor.
