hi my sister was in motorcycle accident when she was 16 she is now 38. she gets 12 hours a day,7days a week home health care. She can't do anything for her self at all. My question is some times the home health don't show up,so i got to take off from my work to do thire. I LOSE 10 DOLLARS A HOUR.I don't live whith my mother and sister. my mother is 74 she can't do thire work for them she to old. Can I SUE THEM FOR MY LOST WADGES. THANK YOU ,

Write them a certified letter telling them the next time the fail to appear you will be charging them for your lost hours. Keep track of your time and then take the to small claims court. Good luck,
