Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My husband sold our car last month and the buyers were making payments. So my husband signed the lean part on the title so they could get it legal for them to use. Well this past friday was when they were supposed to make the last payment they drug it out to monday and they stopped answering our calls and texts. They still owe $450 and my husband want to know what legal action we can use.

Sue them in small claims court for the remaining money owed.
