The child's father has a right to the photograph of his children, creep or no creep. If he wishes to post it, just as the mother does. The fact that someone else posted it for him makes no difference. No law is being broken, and no civil right of privacy for minor children against their parents has yet beeen established, on the Internet or otherwise.
