Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
Im in Indiana. Hit a pothole on a private road and lost a new tire. The owners don't have insurance to cover the tire saying I should have seen the hole during a very rainy day when the hole was filled with water. 3 more gigantic holes also on the road with cars dodging them and each other. Do I have a small claims case?
