Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
In Indiana, can someone listed on the title to a home, who never resided there, but was used as an additional source of income in order to secure that home, occupy that home against the residents wishes?

If someone has title interest in a home, that person has rights to occupancy. However, some accord would have to be reached with someone already occupying the premises as to each other's rights, duties and responsibilities.
