Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I have a judgement from early 2013 against me relating to a car accident. I haven't paid anything on it and didn't know of it until last week. It was filed in the wrong township in our county. Can I have it vacated?

The only way that you can know for sure is to take it to an attorney so that he can review the record. There are possibilities of vacating a judgment under certain circumstances. If you had automobile insurance, you should turn the papers over to your insurance company immediately.
