Law Suit against the Gov.
Is it possible to file a suit against the our Gov, and any person or company or country that has anything to do with the pricing of gas and oil. and what type of Attorney would I have to look for.

Call Indiana's Attorney General. That office has authority to prosecute price gouging. Otherwise, the answer is no.

not against the government. Possibly against the oil company inder an antitrust theory, depedning on the facts. You need to contact an antitrust attorney. Good luck

Not likely you will be able to file against the government, but you could file suit against the oil companies. However, by the time you paid your attorney fees, you'd have spent at least 10 years of gasoline money.
Seriously, price-fixing is a hard case to prove, and litigation against the oil companies would be a never-ending war. The best approach is a class action with a large law firm having the resources to stay in the ring. I think it has possibilities. There is clearly something going on. The record profits suggests that the rise in pump prices has less to do with the price of a barrel of oil than we were told.
