Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
Need to know if I have any legal recourse here----A woman I have never met, in another state,(who met my husband while he was there taking care of his ill father) is writing wildly untrue statements on Facebook and sharing them with others--she is accusing me of killing someone, being dangerous, etc. I am a licensed medical professional x 28 years and I have a squeaky clean reputation. These remarks could potentially damage my reputation and future ability to be hired for a position. What can I do to make it stop????

You would need to retain an attorney in the state where the woman resides in order to obtain an injunction or restraining order against her.
