Libel suit
Is a spouse financially liable for a judgment awarded in civil court against their partner in a libel suit brought about in the state of Indiana? I am specifically speaking to wages and marital property.

Re: Libel suit
Your facts are a bit sketchy, so a general answer: the person has a judgment against them is responsible for the judgment. There are circumstances where a spouse's might be liable to the person holding the judgment and if you think your case might fall in one of these categories, then contact an attorney and specify why you think so.
