Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I live in a trailer park and have no signed lease. I own the trailer and due to an MVA have been unable to work and I have fallen behind on my rent. The trailer park wants to evict me, by moving all my stuff out of the trailer into a storage unit that they will choose and keep all our belongings in until the late rent, fees and whatever else charges they can add on, How can they take possesion of my trailer when I have the title for it?

The best solution is to get your trailer moved. If they evict you, they have the right to move your trailer off of their land. If you can't move the trailer, move your personal belongings. Also, see your local township trustee for emergency financial assitance which might help you avoid this whole problem.
