Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
i was married to a woman for a couple years but divorced. after that we tried again but she only lived with me. that lasted about a year and a half. we've been apart for about 2 years. during the whole time she never worked and i paid everything and supported 2 of her kids including paying her sons rent for about a year and a half. i had to take out a $8000 loan to cover bills with the agreement that shed make the payments. that never happened ofcorse. i have canceled checks for her sons rent totaling about $6000. do i have any chance of getting her to cover any of this loan?

Not if she isn't working and has no money, but you may sue her for money she borrowed under an oral agreement.
I agree with Jay. Practically speaking, if she is not employed and has no assets how will you receover.
