Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

In obtaining a ministerial licence My ex wife and her husband have defamed my charactor by claiming I had an elicit affair and gave her a STD. As part of the application process They must show proof of these claims. They were granted licence with the organization. I became aware of these circumstances because these claims were also made to my children who then told me. there was never a claim of adultery during the divorce or of any STD. This has troubled so much that I have gone and had every test known for STD's to prove to my children the falseness of the statments. This has effected my relationship with my children. Im out the expence of all the testing which by the way was all negative and there was never an affair the divorce decree also was for irreconcilable differences. There is much more to this. my three brothers my father and my grand father were and are part of this organization this has caused much embarrasment do I have a case???
