Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
Hi I paid to get a friends motorcycle out of the repair shop for 2000 We initially didn't have a verbal or written agreement for him to pay me back but I did ask him later if he was going to pay me back and he did agree via text message that he would start paying me back but in another text said that he wouldn't and then said if I kept calling him he would say that I was harassing him. Can I still sue him if he did later agree to repay me.
