Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Can police in Indiana let someone keep my car the title with my name on it and my keys just because this man says I traded it to him title is not signed its in my name I voided that title at Bmv and ordered new one but police wouldn't let me tow my car

You have a problem because the man who has your title has it for some reason. You need to bring this matter to an attorney to have him straighten it out for you.
