Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I just received a subpoena duces tecum, I was sued over a year ago set up payments arrangements of $100.00 a month, payments have never been taken out, my account information was correct and I have not switched bank accounts, my only income is social security. I have not worked for over three years following an automobile accident, I am in foreclosure on my home and do not own my vehicle I am making payments on. I am calling a lawyer to set up an appointment to file bankruptcy. I am not sure what will happen.

1. See an attorney immediately.
2. Resume regular church attendance.
