Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
After redvelopment the builder has not given proper height from ground floor to my flat at first floor and in lieu of that he has given me terrace attached to my bedroom and given letter for excllusive use but the society has not given letter nor given consent or written in agreement and i am using this terrace for more than 5 years without any objection neither society is cfharging me for terrace. pl advise me wthether the can take that space or break as the other members are also taken flower beds illegally in their flats.
