Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I rent a house for 2 years now , the house is now in forclosure now because the owner did pay the morgage. After receiving notice that the house would be sold in a sheriff sale i did not pay this month rent . Now the owner want to sue me. What are my rights.

As long as you still live there, you have an obligation to pay rent.
