do i have the right to reposess a motorcycle that was not fully paid for?

do i have the right to reposess a motorcycle that was not fully paid for?...

if i reposess it will i have to give a full refund?

once reposessed will they have a legal right to sue me.

If you are on the title as lienholder, you can repossess the motorcycle. Otherwise, all you can do is sue the buyer for the balance due.

Whether you must give a full refund depends on your sale contract, but generally no.

He can sue you if you do not repossess the motorcycle in a peaceful manner.

My guess is that you have either sold the motorcycle without a written contract or that you have already given him the title. You may have some problems regardless of what you do.
