Small Claims Court

I lived in a house with 5 girls, and never signed the lease or any legal documents or agreements. I moved out on bad terms and refuse to pay the bills for when I wasn't living there. The bills aren't in my name and now the girl who is supposed to pay the bills wants to take me to small claims. Will I lose?

You lived there and received the benefit from them paying the bills. The lease is their agreement with the landlord. You had an agreement with them that you did not live up to.

Based on the information provided, you may be responsible for one month after you left. It appears to me that you were on a month to month lease which is implied when there is not a written contract. You need to provide 30 days notice before leaving.
