My son used my husbands truck as collateral on a loan,he defalted and truck was repossed. My son replaced the truck with another.My husband put both our names on the title to protect me. My husband died and now my son's girlfriend says she has the receipt when she paid foer the truck and wants it back.Does she have a case?
