Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My son was playing basketball at a friends house the basketball bounced off the back board and rolled into the street. Car rolled it over and is telling me I have to pay to have it looked at and any damages is that true

This isn't even a question which should concern you. It's an insurance matter. Turn it over to your insurance agent---that's why you pay premiums. The matter of greater concern is that the kids are probably playing too close to the street---that needs to stop.
