Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My son struck another students vehicle with his lunch bag while in the school parking lot. The other student was pulling out as my son was walking in front of his car and he was trying to get the students attention. There is a dent in the hood and the grandfather contacted us and want $530 to fix the car based on an estimate that he got. What are my options? Can I demand 2 estimates? There was no police report.

You just need to turn this in to your homeowners insurance company agent. They'll take care of it.
