Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
How do I stop a stalker, that I know, who has illegally hacked into my personal information, impersonated an officer and somehow gotten my friends contact information and has been sending threatening text messages to them? And then I just recently recieved an email from the person, to which he stated, he spoke with the officer that he alleges sent the messages initially?

If you meet the criteria, file for a protective order, if not, file a suit for an injunction and damages.
You should also discuss this with your local proscutor and police department.
