What can i sue for if my baby's dad got me wrongfully arrested?

You can sue him for compensatory and punitive damages. There is no number to give you; you need to review the situation with an attorney in your community to determine whether you have enough evidence to prove that he lied to the police and that those lies prompted the arrest.
