Is it possible to sue the entire party living in the household even if he or she is not a leaseholder, for breaking the rent?

Only the person who is the leaseholder can be sued for money owed under the lease. However, if an eviction is involved, all the parties who live in a place can be named as party-defendants so that the court can order them to leave.
