Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I went in to a Texas Roadhouse and my son has a skin condition which has scarred his face badly. As we entered and were being seated, I walked past the host station with my son and the employees commented and said, "what's up with his face?" "Did you see his face?" I looked at them with a disgusted look and was seated. In disgust I told the waiter and she got the manager. The manager came over and apologized and that was it. He could have offered to pay for our meal since we stayed. No, we paid and all! I feel like that should have been handled better. What legal rights do I have if any?

I do not know of any legal rights. Were they rude and insensitive? Yes. You might try the Texas Roadhouse corporate offices. I am sorry that your son and your family had to experience this kind of behavior.
