Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I had a tv installed at a radio/electronics installation, and when I left my car there the windows worked and when I picked it up they did not. I had the dealership diagnose the problem and they said it was the door module. Are they liable for anything the dealership said it could have just went out or they could have burned out a wire but they did not want in the middle.

You have to be able to prove that they did something that damaged your vehicle.
