Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Type your question here...I have a complicated question. My Brother was murdered in May and I want to know about third party liability in a wrongful death suit. My Brother, who was the sole provider for our elderly Mother was murdered by my Mothers caretakers Husband. The caretaker was employed by a healthcare service that never physically checked on performance of the caretaker in my Mothers home. The caretaker violated many laws by giving information on my mother, brother and their address which led to the murder. I would like to sue the healthcare company because of the lack of supervision of their employee, as well as I feel they should be responsible for the lack of professionalism on their employee's part. Although their employee did not kill my brother, her actions led her husband to commit the crime.
