Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

This is about a water company that sold me a filtration system and the first week it was installed a sales men came out from the same company and told us that the filters were dirty and they needed to be changed and we let him continue to do his thing until we told him that it was their system we had already put in and he packed up his stuff and almost ran out the door, Also we had the owner of the company wrote on our contract that we would get Five years of water filter changes for for free and now they are telling us that it's no good and they want to charge us a hundred and Seventeen Dollar to have them changed also it had a leak on it and I went ahead and fixed it because no one would come out and fix it and it was costing me money on my water bill i think this company needs to be put out of buisness becuase of bad practice the company name Just Water LLc 317-354-1114 what can I do? Help!

Call the Indiana Secretary of State's office and report this to their consumer fraud division. Also, your local Better Business Bureau should be advised.
