Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My wife's ex husband keeps going to where she works and calling her on the phone telling her that she won't be getting the kids because she is working. Even though the courts have stated that I am allowed to pick them up for her visitation. She gets out an hour after the scheduled pick up and is unable to spend ay time with the kids because he will not answer his phone when she calls to set something up to ge the kids and we have phone records proving this. So my question is Is this a form of harassment and what can we do to stop this.

It sounds like he is in violation of the court order and you should contact her divorce attorney.
