When will neighbor strike next?
I have a neighbor that i used to be friends with when i 1st moved into this neighborhood 9 years ago. 3 years ago, that abruptly changed for still unknown reasons. Now we are beseiged by video cameras pointed at our house. Her motion lights come on when we open our doors. Our cat came up missing, mysteriously reappeared 3 months later in poor health and then was later killed and thrown in our front yard. Consistently calls law enforcement with complaints. Sets water sprinklers next to our fence so water comes over the fence. This goes on and on. What recourses do we have? We live in fear of when and what she will do next?

You could see about obtaining a protective order throught the prosecutors office. Or, go to small claims court and file an injunction or hire and attorney to help you out. Mary
