Legal Question in Health Care Law in Indiana
I had a defibrillator implanted and I got pre-approval from my insurance company. Now they sent me a letter of denial for the procedure. What is the law for medical pre-approval and can the insurance company come back after the procedure and not cover the procedure by law.
