Power of Attorney
My 44 year old sister was in a car accident. She has suffered a brain injury and will be in a rehab hospital for the next 3-4 months. She is married. Should someone be appointed as her Power of Attorney?

She needs to be competent to sign for a Power of Attorney. The only possibility is a guardianship and husband would probably need to file for that.
