Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
US citizenship
I had a minor incident with my wife (domestic), arrested and case was dismissed. I am required to submit arrest record and disposition of the incident with my US citizenship application. Where to get this kind of record?. I asked at the court and they gave me ''Case Chronology''. Would that serve the purpose? Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Re: US citizenship
No. An arrest record and case chronology are NOT the same. You need to have them run a police record for you.

Re: US citizenship
You should get a copy of the arrest record from the local police department. Also get a copy of the court disposition dismissing the case.
